Shipping and Delivery
We will pack all orders promptly and ship via Australia Post. You will be notified once your package has been sent. Australian customers should allow one week from this notification for arrival, and international customers should allow three weeks, though delivery will normally be much faster.
Shipping charges are based on weight. To get an estimate, simply place items in the shopping cart. Then select the destination of the package and you'll get a shipping price. Easy! We send everything by registered mail, so they will have to be signed for on delivery.
Any personal information you give us will be used solely for the purpose of filling your order. We will not give or sell your details to a third party, and we will not contact you for any reason that is not related to your order. We will obey the law, but more importantly, we will obey common decency.
Returns and Replacements
If you are unhappy with a full price item you receive, or if it is the wrong size, you may return it to us and we will issue a credit for the amount you paid. Please note that shipping costs will not be credited and you must also bear the costs incurred by sending the item back. Purchase of a sale item is final and no credit or exchange will be allowed on discounted stock.
For Australian customers, all returns must be received by us within three weeks of the date we posted them, and within six weeks of the date we posted them for international customers. For us to issue a credit the items must also be received by us unworn, in the same condition that you received them in and with tags attached.
These rules do not affect your statutory rights. All purchases will be governed by the law in Western Australia.
This website only accepts payment via paypal, but you do NOT have to have a paypal account to do this and it is very easy. However, if this method doesn’t work for you, that doesn’t mean you can’t shop with us! Write down the items you want, either call or email us, and we can accept payment via credit card over the phone.
