The Gracen dress is named after its designer - Curtin University student Gracen Woodcock! Grace won the 2016 SunSmart garment challenge - a Cancer Council initiative run annually in conjunction with Curtin and Ruck Rover.
The students are challenged to design and create a garment that is SunSmart - that is it offers excellent sun protection.
It is made from a UPF50+ bamboo blend fabric so it protects against the sun's harsh rays as well as being lightweight and breathable. The bamboo is so soft and comfy!
This dress is also reversible, win win!
Designed and made in Perth, Western Australia.
Please note - the dress in the model image is the sample and was made in a heavier fabric. The dress on the mannequin is the production shot.
