Measurements are taken across the garment while lying flat and unstretched. Bust measurements are taken across the front, under the arms, from seam to seam. Waist measurements are taken where the bodice meats the skirt. The dress is stretchy so has a lot of give.
extra-small = 37cm bust, 29cm waist
small = 38cm bust, 33cm waist
medium = 41.5cm bust, 35cm waist
large = 45cm bust, 39cm waist
extra-large = 49cm bust, 44cm waist
