When will my order be item be shipped?

Once you place an order, we endeavor to ship all items on the same or next business day, depending on the time of day your order is placed. It's our priority to get your purchase on its way straight away!

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship all items via Australia Post or Sendle. Parcels are trackable and a tracking link will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.

We also offer a local delivery service, with multiple delivery runs during the week. Sometimes deliveries will be made outside of business hours, and local deliveries will be left unattended at the front door or (when they fit) in the letterbox. Please only choose this method if you are comfortable having your order left outside.

How much does it cost?

For shipped items, the price depends on the weight of the item and will be calculated at checkout.

For local delivery, the price depends on the location of the delivery address and starts at $10.

We also offer FREE standard, domestic shipping for orders over $99, or you can opt to collect your order in store, which is also free of charge.
