Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on purchases.

We are happy to offer an exchange or credit (valid 3 years from date of issue) on unsuitable items that have been purchased online if they are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned, these are: publications, earrings, cosmetics, bath and body products, swimwear, underwear, artworks, gift cards and items on sale. Please note that shipping costs will not be credited.

When making a return, please post items back to 242 William Street, Northbridge, WA 6003, Australia. Please quote your order number on the outside or inside of the package. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in returnable condition, we will email you your gift voucher. Alternatively, returns can be processed in store even if the sale was originally made online.

Once your item has been received and the return accepted, we will email you a gift card for the amount of the returned item.

If you would like to exchange your item for another in-stock item, we suggest you email us as soon as possible with your request so that we can set aside the new item for you. Because our items are made in limited quantities they often sell out quickly. This will help us ensure we can fulfil your exchange request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that no returns are accepted as part of our special sales promotions, for example Instagram sales, which will be made clear as part of the terms of sale.
