About the Brand
Bedhead is an Australian family business, based on the NSW central coast. Owner Richelle was frustrated at not being able to find the perfect sun hat for her kids so went about creating it: one that was comfortable to wear, with a brim that didn’t flop, that kids didn’t pull off their heads at the first opportunity and that offered excellent sun protection. All Bedhead bucket hats and legionnaire style hats have achieved a rating of UPF50+ (excellent protection) and are tested both on shape and fabric, not just fabric alone. They are ethically produced in China in a factory that offers fair wages and safe working conditions.
