This frock is cut in such a classic fit-n-flare shape. With a full skirt gathered at the waist, a slight scoop at the back (but sitting above the bra line) and a boat neck at the front. It has pockets in the side seams and comes with a matching waist tie. And don't you adore the jewel-toned plaid?
Dress is fully lined.

Measurements are taken across the front of the garment while lying flat. Bust measurement is taken just under the arms, waist measurement is taken where the bodice and the skirt meet. For best fit, compare these measurements to an item at home that fits you well.
