Getting your Christmas shopping organised early? We're pleased to let you know that our extended exchange period is in swing. Any purchases of eligible items will be able to be exchanged up to 20/1/23, giving you plenty of time after Christmas to bring back anything not suitable. Almost everything in our store can be exchanged, with the exception of earrings, dated diaries and calendars, publications, cosmetics and body products, swimwear, underwear and artworks. We're always on hand to help you choose the perfect gift, but we know that even then sometimes it just isn't quite right. That's why we have an extended exchange period over Christmas. You'll have until 20/1/22 to exchange any Christmas gifts that aren't perfect - plenty of time whether you're shopping in store or online. So you can shop with ease knowing that even if it needs a little tweaking, your loved ones will end up with something they treasure. (As always, some items like earrings, stationery and magazines cannot be returned.)

I love Christmas. I love the songs, the lights, the menu planning, the catch-up drinks, the movies and trimming the tree. And I really love buying gifts - searching for something that will bring a smile to the faces of my nearest and dearest.

So it often surprises me when I meet people who find it a chore...
